Schedule A: Service Description
This schedule outlines the specific services included in the Mi Shop subscription. These services form the basis of the monthly subscription fee and any optional add-ons selected by the subscriber.
Included in the Monthly Subscription Fee:
1. Custom Website Design and Hosting:
•A fully customized website tailored to your business needs.
•Includes responsive design for mobile and desktop devices.
•Hosting package:
•5GB storage.
•20 email accounts.
•2 subdomains.
•No cPanel access (all hosting is managed by Fresh i Holdings).
2. Mobile App Development:
•Availability of apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
•Includes initial splash screen and banner designs.
•Regular updates to ensure compatibility with platform updates (e.g., iOS and Android version changes).
3. Updates and Maintenance:
•Continuous monitoring and maintenance of the website and mobile apps.
•Regular performance updates and bug fixes.
4. Support Services (Optional):
•Automated messaging system for client inquiries.
•Direct agent communication within 30 minutes during business hours.
5. Data Protection Compliance:
•Adherence to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
•Secure data handling for all customer information.
Excluded from the Monthly Subscription Fee:
1. Additional Design Work:
•Beyond the included banners and splash screens, additional designs will incur extra costs, as specified in the Add-Ons Price List.
2. Advanced Support Services:
•Includes store management services or extensive customer support beyond the scope of standard assistance.
•Billed separately as per the Add-Ons Price List.
3. Third-Party Plugins or Integrations:
•Costs for additional plugins or software required for specialized functionalities (e.g., booking systems, food ordering).
•These are billed separately based on actual costs and installation charges.
4. Custom Development Beyond the Standard Package:
•Any development work not included in the standard scope of services.
Subscription Fee Adjustments:
Fresh i Holdings reserves the right to adjust the pricing of these services. Changes will be communicated at least three months in advance and take effect after the notice period unless the subscription is terminated.
